Hi, we are Chris and Andrea Gerry, Welcome to our about page. For a long time now we have been focused on our own health issues and finding solutions for ourselves that fit in with our busy schedules.

For me (Andrea) my own journey was navigating my menopause as I couldn't go on to HRT.
